A small independent coffee shop offering great coffee and tasty treats. All worth a visit for the caffeine hit!
Alchemy Coffee Shop do not stand out just according to the arrangement, that Coffee Shop has something that beautify your day when you entrance there. Very pleasant atmosphere and just the feeling that you belong to that area is sufficient to return there again and again…

I just cannot believe that I have discovered it just now after fourth months of living in Cork. And I think that this is one of my favorite Coffee Shops in this city 🙂
Homemade cakes, great coffee from 3FE, and a comfortable chair or sofa, and what more could you want? And what is very important to me, they are dog friendly too!

They started with a few pallets and then scanned thrift shops, attics and even their own sitting rooms and sheds for the Alchemy style.

Alchemy host monthly exhibitions by both local and overseas artists so their customers can be brought on a true café journey.

Art work on display, funky decor, great choice of bargain books on offer, all wood and bookshelves, it’s fabulous, you can pull down a few titles for perusing; in general creative space to create, read, relax, be inspired and of course, enjoy your coffee and home bakes!

The staff were friendly and the inside of the cafe has a great atmosphere.
This is a wonderful place to go alone, or with friends. Love their homemade Keyser rolls, named after the nearby Keyser Hill. Very tasty. And accompanied by a fine strong coffee.

Certainly recommend!
